支架置入术在治疗脑缺血性疾病中的应用

摘　　要：目的:探讨血管内支架置入治疗脑缺血性疾病的临床效果和安全性。方法:对58例脑缺血性疾病患者,在局麻下,经股动脉置管行主动脉弓、颈动脉、椎动脉、颅内血管造影,于狭窄的颈动脉、椎动脉处置入Smart支架,术后24小时、3、6、12个月随访。结果:造影成功率为100%,支架置入成功率96.6%。支架置入后,30例TIA患者临床症状完全消失,显效率为100%,26例脑梗死患者中18例临床症状有明显好转,显效率为69.2%。术后随访3～12个月,患者恢复良好,未再次发生脑血管意外事件。结论:血管内支架置入后能明显改善患者临床症状,减少脑卒中再次发生,是一种操作简单、安全有效的治疗脑缺血性疾病的方法。Objective：To investigate the clinical effect and safety of intravaseular stenting in the treatment of brain ischemic dis- eases.Methods：The angiography of aortic arch,arteria carotis,vertebral artery and intracranial blood vessel in 58 patients with brain ischemic diseases was performed through the femoral artery catheterization under localized anesthesia,then,the stenotic sites of arteria earotis and vertebral artery were placed the smart stent respectively.The follow-up time was respectively performed in 24 hours, 3,6 and 12 months.Results ：The success rate of angiography was 100% ,the success rate of intravaseular stenting was 96.6%.The clinical symptoms in all 30 TIA patients disappeared completely after operation ,the obvious effective rate was 100%.18 of 26 patients suffering from cerebral infaretion had obvious improvement in their clinical symptoms ,the obvious effective rate was 69.2%.During the follow up of 3 to 12 months after operation, all the patients recovered well, without the secondary occurrence of eerebrevaseular aecident.Conehtsion ：The intravaseular stenting can obviously improve the clinical symtoms in patients with brain ischemic diseases,and reduce the secondary occurrence of cerebral apoplexy.h is a simple and effective method for the treatement of brain isehemic diseases.
