摘 要:为了解土豆作为玉米秸秆混合厌氧发酵底物对秸秆厌氧发酵转化效率的影响,在35℃条件下,采用批量发酵方式对玉米秸秆、土豆以及二者混合原料的厌氧发酵效果进行了对比试验。试验结果表明:在TS浓度为6%,玉米秸秆和土豆TS比为4:1条件下,混合原料的累积产气量为439mL/gTS,而玉米秸秆的累积产气量为309mL/gTS,混合厌氧发酵使玉米秸秆的产气量比其单一原料厌氧发酵提高了31.4%。因此,将易生物降解的原料作为秸秆混合厌氧发酵的底物可以提高秸秆厌氧发酵转化效率。In order to study the effect of potato as co-substrate of cornstalk on cornstalk anaerobic biodegradation efficiency, the anaerobic batch digestion experiments were carried out at 35 ℃ with cornstalk alone, potato alone, and mixed feedstock of cornstalk and potato, separately. The results showed that the accumulative biogas yield of co-digestion of mixed feedstock at a total solid (TS) ratio of 4: 1( cornstalk to potato) was 439mL/gTS at 6% of TS, while digestion of cornstalk alone gave a biogas yield of 309mL/gTS, i.e. anaerobic co-digestion improved the accumulative biogas yield by 31.4% compared with digestion of cornstalk alone. As a result, co-digestion of using readily biodegradable feedstock as co-substrate of straw can increase anaerobic digestibility of straw.
