摘 要:水资源是一种再生资源,其可再生性分为自然再生和社会再生两类。将黄河流域划分为15个区域(不含内流区),并把整个黄河流域作为一个区域,共16个区域,利用统计数据资料,采用遗传投影寻踪模型(GPPM)对黄河流域分区水资源可再生性以及流域15个主要城市水资源社会可再生性进行评价。结果表明:黄河流域各区域可再生性能力基本上为中等或以下,整个黄河流域水资源可再生性能力较弱;15个主要城市中,省会城市水资源社会可再生性水平一般,其余城市属于较弱水平,总体上,黄河流域城市水资源社会可再生性能力普遍较弱。最后提出了一些增强黄河流域省会城市水资源社会可再生性的建议和对策。Water is a kind of renewable resource which has natural renewal and social renewal. The Yellow River Basin was divided into 15 sub -regions (excluding interior regions) , and considering the entire Yellow River Basin as a region, the system totally includes 16 regions. Using statistical data, the water resources renewability of the 16 regions as well as the social renewability of the 15 main cities in the Yellow River Basin were assessed with GPPM method. The results indicated that the water resources renewability in the Yellow River Basin was in middle level or below. Water resources social renewability of Presidial Cities in the Yellow River Basin was in general level, and the others were worse than Presidial Cities, so the main cities'water resources social renewability in the Yellow River Basin was not good generally. Some advice and countermeasures were put forward to improve water resources social renewability of Presidial Cities in the Yellow River Basin.
