摘 要:通过特定的效用函数来讨论个体异质性对行业集体行动的影响,选择个体供给技术水平和个体努力程度作为异质性变量.研究结果表明,在其他出口企业对行业集体物品总供给量既定的条件下,某个出口企业对集体物品的供给受到其努力程度和供给技术的影响,且这两个变量成正比例变化,即出口企业在采取集体行动时,供给技术水平越高的生产企业将付出越多的努力来保证集体行动成功;而生产规模小,供给技术水平低的生产企业不努力供给或者说是越倾向于偷懒,它们似乎更不利于促成集体行动.现实中存在许多支持上述假说的经验证据.Applying a specific utility function, choosing the individual supply technology level and individual effort level as the variables of heterogeneity, this paper discusses the influence of individual heterogeneity on the collective action of the industry. The research result shows that supply of collective goods in a export enterprise are affected by its efforts and supply technological level when aggregate supply of other export enterprises to industry collective goods are fixed. These two variables are changed in direct proportion to each other. That is, when a enterprise takes collective actions, the enterprise with higher supply technological level must pays more efforts to guarantee collective action' s sucsses, while smaller scale enterprise with lower supply technological level pays less effort, or they are inclined to idling. There exist more empirical evidences to support the abovementioned hypothesis.
