鸡FSH β基因5’调控区单核苷酸多态性分析

摘　　要：促卵泡激素(follicle-stimulating hormone,FSH)是由垂体前叶分泌的糖蛋白类促性腺激素。运用PCR-SSCP法检测鸡FSHβ基因5’调控区的单核苷酸多态性。检测发现该区域存在6个SNP位点,即G-494A,T-470A,A-464G,-450处插入碱基A,A-405G,A-361G。同时分析了SNPs与文昌鸡早期产蛋性能的相关性。结果显示,FSHβ基因调控区SNPs位点与鸡的早期产蛋性能显著相关。Follicle-stimulating hormone （ FSH ） is a pituitary glycoprotein gonadotropin. The SSCP detection of PCR products showed that 5＇ promotor of FSH β was polymorphismic in chicken. Six nucleotide variation, G-494A,T-470A, A-464G,-450A insertion,A-405G and A-361 G, were identified in this region. Association analysis of early egg production traits and FSH β gene polymorphisms in WC chicken showed that SNPs significantly related to the early egg production traits in chicken.
