过敏性鼻炎口服液对常年性变应性鼻炎IL-4的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨过敏性鼻炎口服液治疗常年性变态反应性鼻炎(PAR)的机制。方法:本课题将符合常年性变态反应性鼻炎诊断标准且符合纳入标准的129例患者随机分配到过敏性鼻炎口服液组(A组),鼻炎康组(B组),安慰组(C组),观察他们白细胞介素4(IL-4)的变化情况。结果:三组的总有效率分别为93.02%、65.12%、6.98%,A、B组疗效均优于C组(P<0.01);治疗后A、B组的IL-4均明显低于治疗前(P<0.05);结论:1.PAR患者的IL-4水平明显高于健康组。2.A、B组对PAR均有治疗作用,但A组优于B组。3.A、B组均能降低PAR患者的IL-4水平,但A组优于B组。4.过敏性鼻炎口服液通过降低PAR患者的IL-4水平而有效地治疗PAR。Objective：To investigate the mechanism of treating PAR with Rhinallergosis Oral Liquid.Methods：129 Cases comforming to the dignosis standards and acception syandards were randomly divided into Rhinallergosis Oral Liquid group（Group A）,Rhinitis Kang group（Group B） and Comfort group （Group C） and their changes of IL-4 were Observed.Results：The effective rates of the three groups were 93.02%,65.12% and 6.98% respectively.The therapeutic effects of Group A and Group Bwere all better than those of Group C（P〈0.01）,IL-4 of Group A and Group Bafter treatrment were significantly lower than that before the treatment （P〈0.05）,Conclusion：1.IL-4 level of the PAR patients were significantly higher than that of the health group.2.Group A and Group B all had theraputic action on PAR,but Group A was better than Group B.3.Group A and Group B all had reduced IL-4 level of the PAR patients.But Group A was better that Group B.4.Rhinallergosis Oral Liquid treated PAR effectively through reducing the IL-4 level of PAR patients.
