血清特异性IgE测定在过敏性哮喘病因诊断中的研究

摘　　要：用ＢＳＡ－ＥＬＩＳＡ法检测了４０例过敏性哮喘患者及３０例健康者的抗螨、法国梧桐花粉、藜草花粉和豚草花粉过敏原特异性ＩｇＥ（Ｓ－ＩｇＥ）水平。结果哮喘组Ｓ－ＩｇＥ水平明显高于健康组（Ｐ＜０．０１）；Ｓ－ＩｇＥ和过敏原皮肤挑刺试验（ＳＰＴ）、支气管激发试验（ＢＰＴ）的总符合率分别为８４．５％和８６．６％。提示ＢＳＡ－ＥＬＩＳＡ测定血清Ｓ－ＩｇＥ敏感、安全、简便易行，可作为一种过敏性哮喘病因诊断的方法，值得临床推广应用。In 40 patients with allergic asthma and 30 normal healthy controls,the serum level of allergen specific IgE(antimite,ragweed pollen,chenopodium album pollen,platanus pollen allergens)were detected by BSAELISA assay.Skin Prick tests(SPT),bronchial provocation tests(BPT) to the same allergens were performed,the results showed that the significant differences were noted among those in patients and normal controls(P<0.01).An overall corelation between SIgE and SPT,SIgE and BPT were found in 84.5% and 86.6%,respectively.It is conclude that serum SIgE detected by BSAELISA appeared to be a safe and simple method for etiological diagnosis in patients with allergic asthma,and it is recommmended for clinical use.
