摘  要:目的:分析G-G钻结合显微超声技术取出根管内折断器械失败的原因,为临床提高根管治疗成功率提供资料。方法:收集2006年11月~2007年12月间根管内折断器械共计54例(54个根管),在根管手术显微镜下用G-G钻结合超声技术处理,记录折断器械在根管中的分布以及根管中的位置,分析失败病例的原因。结果:54例中13例(24.07%)未取出,其中下颌磨牙为6例(46.15%),上颌前牙、上颌双尖牙、上颌磨牙各2例(15.38%),下颌前牙1例(7.69%),根管上、下1/3各5例(38.76%),根管中1/33例(23.08%)。结论:G-G钻结合显微超声技术处理根管内折断器械取出与折断器械在根管内的位置、分布等因素有关外,还与操作者的熟练程度紧密相关。Objective: The purpose of this study was to find the causation of failure in removal of fractured instrument. Methods: Fifty four teeth with 54 interacanal fractured instrument were endodontically treated using G-G bur with ultrasonic techinque under dental operating microsc (DOM). The unsuccess rates were calculated and analysed. Results: Thirteen in 54 cases could not be eliminated from the canal with a failure rate of 24.07%, including mandibular molar in six cases (46.15 percent), upper front teeth, upper premolar and upper molars for the two cases (15. 38%), the lower front teeth in 1 (7. 6%), both 5 cases (38. 76%) located in top and foot 1/3 of root canals, 3 cases (23.08%) in medium root canals. Conclusions: The combined using of G-G bur and ultrasonic techinque underin removal of fractured instrument is closedly related to broken equipment at the location, distribution of root canal and other factors, but also the operator's experience .
