摘 要:沈阳油田各区块油井结蜡严重,为此开发了聚氨酯涂层油管防蜡法。将加有亲水性表面活性剂的聚氨酯涂料喷涂在油管内、外壁上,在300℃固化,共涂敷3次,使涂层厚度达到50μm。简介了涂敷工艺。在模拟油井原油流动条件下测定涂层油管试件结蜡量,确定涂层表面适宜粗糙度为5μm,结蜡量随流速的变化不大,因此该少层油管可用于不同产能的油井。在专门设计的传热实验装置上测得涂层和油管导热率分别为0.63和18.9 kJ/m.h.℃,涂层油管的隔热性可使油井油管内结蜡点上移。该涂层可耐10%HCl、10%NaOH、5%NaCl、90号汽油、120℃原油及沸水,耐冲击性良好。在U形管测试中,涂层油管的结蜡量比裸油管少78%。截止2007年底,已在沈阳油田69口油井使用油层油管,油井平均免热洗长达311天。To solve severe wax troubles in oil production wells at Shenyang oil fields, Liaohe, a paraffin control method by using polyurethane coated tubing (PUCT) is developed. A polyurethane composition with hydrophilic surfactant(s) added is sprayed on the inner and outer surfaces of a tubing followed by curing at 300℃ three times to give a coating layer 50 μm thickness. The spraying/ curing processes axe dipicted. In quantitative wax deposition (WD) determination on PUCT specimens under simulation conditions of crude oil flow in wells, the proper roughness, 5 μm, of the coating layer is chosen and WD varies unsignificantly with varying oil flow rate 40.09 m/s, therefore the PUCTs can be used in wells of different output. On a specially designed installation, the thermal conductivity value is measured as 0.63 and 189 kJ/m·h·℃ for the coating layer and the tubing wall, respectively, and the use of PUCTs would result in a shift upward of the location of wax deposition in oil wells. The coating layer is tolerant to 10 % HCI, 10 % NaOH, 5 % NaCI, gasoline #90, crude oil at 120℃, and boiling water and is impact resistant. The WD on PUCT specimens determined in U-tube test is by 78% less than that on bare tubing specimens. The uses of PUCTs in 69 wells in Shenyang,Liaohe, by the end of 2007 were successful and, as a result, the interval between two wellwashing jobs with hot water was prolonged to 311 days in average.
