Shengli's Corrosion Inhibitor SLCI-3 for Highly Corrosive Produced Water from Heavy Oil Reservoirs of Thermal Recovery

摘  要:胜利滨南热采稠油油藏采出水温度高,H2S和SRB含量高,加之受到CI^-的作用,腐蚀性很强。为此研制了以改性咪唑啉为主剂的可用于≤80℃的缓蚀剂SLCI-3。在75℃下进行的室内评价实验中,该剂在加量20mg/L时使单家寺稠油集输首站来水的均匀腐蚀速率(0.162mm/a)减小88.7%,且不出现点蚀;在加量均为30mg/L时该剂的缓蚀性能好于胜利油田现用各种缓蚀剂(DF-1,DF-2,CIB-04,SL-2C,CSI-02)。极化曲线表明该剂为混合型缓蚀剂,Nyquist图谱确证缓蚀机理为几何覆盖效应。现场挂片监测数据表明,在单家寺首站采出液三相分离器投加SLCI-3,当加量为20-30mg/L时,脱出污水均匀腐蚀速率由0.265-0.763mm/a降至0.0475-0.0563mm/a,点蚀速率由2.927-4.162mm/a降至0.189-0.250mm/a。图3表4参4。The produced water from heavy oil reservoirs of thermal recovery in Binnan, Shengli, is characterized by elevated temperatures, high H2S content, and high SRB population and these factors together with high C1^- content enhance significantly its corrosivity. To solve this probern, a corrosion inhibitor, SLCI-3, with a modified imidazoline as basic ingredient is developed for use at medium temperature≤80℃. In laboratory evaluation experiments at 7512, SLCI-3 added at dosage 20 mg/L reduces the general corrosion rate (0. 162 mm/a) of A.3 steel specimens in the feed water at the 1st Shanjiasi gatherlng/treating station by 88.7% and elimihates localized corrosion of these specimens; this inhibitor at dosage 30 mg/L demonstates better inhibition rate than presently used ones such as DF-1 ,DF-2,CIB-04,SL-2C, and CSI-02. As for the inhibiting philosophy of SLCI-3 on A3 steel in the produced water, this inhibitor is shown by potentiodynamic polarization measurements to be of amhiodic, or composite cathodic/anodic, type and the inhibition is based on a geometric overlaying effect as ascertained by alternating current impedance measurements. At the 1st Shanjiasi gathering/treating station SLCI-3 introduced into the three phase separator at a dosage of 20-30 mg/L led to a decrease in general corrosion rate from 0. 265-0. 763 mm/a to 0. 0475-0. 0563 mm/a and in spot corrosion rate from 2. 927-4. 162 mm/a to 0.189-0. 250 mm/a.
