摘 要:用激光散射仪测定了相对分子质量M标称值分别为1.0×10^7、1.5×10^7、1.8×10^7、2.5×10^7的4种KY系列商品抗盐聚合物(梳状聚合物)及M标称值分别为3.0×10^7和3.5×10^7的2种K系列商品普通聚合物(HPAM)在水溶液中的分子线团平均水动力学半径Rh;用压汞法测定了克拉玛依油田七东一克下组砾岩油藏的渗透率由0.055μm^2递增至4.75μm^2的5个岩心的孔喉直径均值Dm。根据Rh〉0.46(Dm/2)规则计算了这些聚合物可堵塞的最大孔喉直径,结果表明M标称值最大的聚合物不会在渗透率最小的岩心中造成严重堵塞。实测了浓度1200mg/L的6种聚合物溶液注入渗透率0.057-4.66μm^2的5个砾岩岩心和渗透率0.1231.562μm^2的4个砂岩岩心产生的阻力系数Fr和残余阻力系数Frr,Fr和Frr值合理,均随聚合物M值增大而增大,随岩心渗透率增大而减小,渗透率相同时,在砂岩岩心中的Fr和Frr较大。在克拉玛依油田一砾岩油藏试验区近一年前已开始注入M=2.5×10^7、浓度1200mg/L的聚合物溶液,注入过程顺利。表7参5。The average hydroynamic radius, R h, of molecular coils in aqueous solution is determined by lazer light scattering method for commercial KY series (comb-like) polymers of M (nominal value) 1.0×10^7, 1.5×10^7, 1.8×10^7, and 2.5×10^7 and K series HPAM polymers of M (nominal value) 3.0×10^7 and 3.5 ×10^7. The throat radius medium, Dm, of 5 conglomerate reservoir cores of permeability, Kw, from 0. 055 μm^2 to 4.75 μm^2, taken from Kexia Formation in District 7El, Karamay, is determined by mercury instrusion method. The largest throat diameter for these polymer to plug is calculated in terms of concept of plug formation at Rh 〉0.46 (Dm/2) and the results show that the polymer with the highest M( nominal value) does not create seriously plugging in the core of the lowest permeability. The values of resistance factor, Fr, and residual resistance factor, Frr, created by 6 polymers in 1200 mg/L solution in 5 conglomerate cores of permeability 0. 057--4.66 μm^2 and in 4 sandstone cores of permeability 0.123--1. 56 μm^2 are reasonable, increase with increasing polymer M value and decrease with increasing core permeability; Fr and Frr values in sandstone cores are higher than that in conglomerate cores at similar core permeabilities. The injection of 1200 mg/L polymer solution of M = 2.5×10^7 has begun nearly 1 year ago and is performed without difficulties in a trial polymer flood area of conglomerate oil reservoir in karamay.
