摘 要:胜利高浅北区油田采出水矿化度低(1.6g/L),用采出水(污水)配制的聚合物/铬地下成胶调驱体系不易成胶,因而对配方进行了改进。基础实验体系含聚合物2g/L、铬交联剂0.8g/L,用敞口容器中冷却至室温的污水配制,在65℃密闭反应72小时后测定65℃、7 1/s黏度,据以选择新配方。使基础实验体系成胶的氯化钠加量≥5g/L。在多种无机盐中,只有硫酸钠能有效促进该体系成胶,适宜加量为400mg/L,体系黏度可达281.8mPa·s,且不必改变铬交联剂用量。但使用新鲜的热污水(40--45℃)配制的加硫酸钠体系,交联成胶性能仍较差,另加入对苯二酚作稳定剂,加量200mg/L时体系黏度即达到281.5mPa·s。此改进的体系已在高浅北交联聚合物调驱先导性试验区投入应用,自2006年5月至2007年6月底,在高106.7井累计注入1.1×10^5m^3,对应油井增产效果显署。图3表3参7。The produced water from oil reservoir in North Gaoqian, Shengli, has low salinity ( TSD=1.6 g/L) and the polymer/ Cr^3+ in-situ gelling fluid for reservoir profiling/flooding and prepared in this produced water is poor in gelation behavior. A improvent in gelling fluid composition is made with a basic experimental fluid containing 2 g polymer and 0.8 g chromium crosslinker per liter and prepared in the produced water cooled to ambient temperature in open air and based on the apparent viscosity values at 65℃ and 7 1/s of the experimental fluid gelled at 65℃ over 72 hrs. It is found that the amount of NaCl needed to promote the gelation process is as large as 5 g per liter. The only inorganic salt capable of promoting the gelation effectively is Na2SO4, which raises the gelled fluid viscosity to 281.8 mPa·s at a proper dosage of 0.4 g/L without necessity to vary the use level of crosslinker. The gelling fluid with Na2SO4 added and prepared in the hot, 40--45℃, produced water as taken from the plant shows rather poor gelation behavior and in this case the gelled fluid viscosity is raised to 281.5 mPa's with hydroquinone introduced additionally as polymer stabilizer at a dosage of 0.2 g/L. This improved gelling fluid had been put into use in a crosshnking polymer profiling/flooding pilot unit in North Gaoqian and from May 2006 to June 2007, 1.1 × 10^5 m^3 of the fluid was injected into well Gao-106-7 and notable positive response was observed in neighboring production wells.
