摘  要:本研究在模拟南堡35-2海上油田B6井组条件下进行。由M=1.5×107|HD=24.2%的聚合物HPAM和含Cr3+2.7%的醋酸铬交联剂在矿化度3.5 g/L的水源井水中配制的成胶液,在50℃、30 d内的黏度(50℃,7.181/s)变化,最高黏度及其出现时间随聚合物浓度(1.0、1.2、1.4 g/L)和聚铬比(60∶1、90∶1、180∶1)而异。早期的成胶液注入渗透率1.3~1.5μm2的人造均质岩心时,注入压力随注入量的增加迅速上升,表明此时已有凝胶生成。聚合物浓度1.2和1.4 g/L、聚铬比120∶1的凝胶的G′、G″~频率曲线显示凝胶具有良好的黏弹性。垂向有渗透率2.14、0.95、1.76μm2三个层的非均质人造岩心,在50℃下饱和地层水后饱和黏度850 mPa.s的模拟油,考察聚合物浓度1.2 g/L、聚铬比60∶1、初始黏度12.2~12.5 mPa.s的成胶体系驱油效果。在含水率为98%、80%、40%、0%(水驱采收率相应为41.9%、29.7%、23.3%、0%)时注入0.1 PV凝胶体系,最终采收率分别为46.8%、47.7%、50.4%、58.5%;在含水率为0%时最终采收率随凝胶体系注入量的减小(0.15、0.10、0.050、.025 PV)而减小,随凝胶体系聚合物含量的增加(1.2、1.41、.6 g/L)略有增加。This experimental study is conducted, being aimed at B6 well array at Nanpu 35-2 offshore oil field. For gelling fluids (GFs) prepared from HPAM polymer of M = 1.5 × 10^7 and HD = 24.2 % and chromium acetate composition containing 2.7 % Cr^3+ as crosslinker in underground water of TSD = 3.5 g/L for reservoir flooding, the changes in viscosity (50℃ ,7.18 1/s) ,the top value of viscosity reached and the time needed for it in standing at 50℃ in 30 days vary with varying polymer concentration, Cp(1. 0, 1.2, and 1.4 g/L), and polymer to chromium ratio (PCR = 60 : 1,90 : 1, and 180 : 1). When GFs in early stage of standing are injected into artificial homogeneous sandstone cores of permeability 1.3--1.5 μm2, the injection pressure fast increases with increasing volume of GFs injected, which indicates gel formation in the GFs. G′ and G″ vz frequency curves of gels of Cp= 1.2 and 1.4 g/L and PCR = 120:1 show their good viscoelasticity. On artificial heterogeneous sandstone cores with 3 sublayers of permeability 2.14,0.95, and 1.76 μm2, respectively, and saturated by formation water and simulation oil of viscosity 850 mPa.s the benefits of flooding by a GF of Cp = 1.2 g/L, PCR = 60 : 1, and viscosity 12.2--12.5 mPa.s are investigated at 50℃. An extreme oil recovery (OR) of 46.8%, 47.7 %, 50.4 %, and 58.5 % are observed when 0.1 PV of GF injected at effluent watercut being of 98 %, 80 %, 40 %, and 0 %, or at waterflood OR being of 41.9 %, 29.7 %,23.3 %, and 0 % ; the OR decreases with decreasing volume of GF injected(0.15,0.10, 0.05, and 0. 025 PV) or increases slightly with increasing Cp in GF ( 1.2,1.4, and 1.6 g/L).
