High Temperature Gaseous CO2 Producing Combinational Flooding Fluid for Use in Steam Driving Oil Reservoirs

摘  要:通过测定可产气物水溶液150℃时在高压釜中产生的压力,估计CO2生成量,筛选出在高温下可分解为CO2气和NH3气的尿素为CO2生成剂、硝石为催化剂;通过测定5种表面活性剂150℃热处理8 h后界面活性、发泡量、对原油乳化降黏率的变化,筛选出AEO+AOS为表面活性剂组分。由以上3种组分及一种聚合物组成了可在高温下产生CO2气的复合驱油剂。在人造刚玉和压裂石英砂填充的人造岩心上,200℃蒸汽驱油至含水98%以后,注入不同配方该驱油剂溶液0.3 PV,测定蒸汽驱油率提高值,据此确定了该驱油剂的配方:50%(尿素+硝石+聚合物)+4%(AEO+AOS)。讨论了该驱油剂在蒸汽驱替油藏的驱油机理,包括CO2泡沫驱,CO2混相、非混相驱及CO2、NH3、表面活性剂低界面张力体系驱。简介了该驱油剂在辽河油田蒸汽吞吐井的应用。该剂也可用于蒸汽驱井。Urea, being decomposed into gaseous CO2 and NH3 at high temperatures, as CO2 generating agent in the titled flooding flu- id and nitre as decomposition eatalyst are selected through determining the pressure raise created and the CO2 amount produced by gas producing substances in aqueous solution at 150℃ in an autoclave and surfactant combination AEO+ AOS is selected through measuring the changes in interracial tension, foaming power, and crude oil viscosity reduction by O/W emulsion formation after ageing at 150℃ in 8 hrs. These 3 constituents and a polymer comprise the titled HT gaseous CO2 producing flooding fluid. In core experiments at 200℃ on adamite/quartz sand packs after steam injection to 〉98% effluent watercut, 0.3 PV of the flooding fluid of varying composition is injected and the enhancement in oil recovery in successive steam injection is determined, leading to an optimal fluid composition: 50 % of total mass urea + nitre + polymer + 4 % surfactant combination AEO + AOS. The oil displacement mechanisms by this flooding fluid in steam driving reservoirs are discussed, including here foam driving, miscible/imiscible phase CO2 driving, and driving by low tension CO2-NH3-surfactant system. The uses of this flooding fluid in steam huffing-puffing wells in Liaohe are presented in short. This flooding fluid can be used in steam injection wells, too.
