摘  要:国内分子沉积(MD)膜驱油中使用的膜驱剂为单分子双季铵盐。以二甲胺、环氧氯丙烷、2-二甲氨基乙醇为原料,合成了一种可用作MD膜驱剂多羟基的单分子三季铵盐。在25℃、中性条件下,该多羟基三季铵盐在内蒙古图牧吉油砂上吸附5 h达到平衡,饱和吸附量为16 mg/g,温度升高时饱和吸附量降低。吸附等温线符合Langmuir定律,表明为单分子层吸附,且吸附为放热过程。接触角测定结果表明,该多羟基三季铵盐能够使亲油的砂岩表面(98.985°)转变为弱亲油(83.592°),亲水的砂岩表面(50.665°)更加亲水(35.408°),使带有负电的亲油砂岩表面(107.672°)由亲油性向亲水性的转变更加明显(72.000°)。NaCl的加入有利于砂岩表面的润湿性转变。The molecular deposition film forming material (MDFFM) cornmonoly used as EOR chemical in China is organic diammoniumslats. A new MDFFM, polyhydroxyl triammonium salt (PHTAS), is prepared from dimethylamine, epiehlorohydin, and dimethylhydroxyethyamine by a procedure described in some detail with its chemical structure presented. The adsorption of the MDFFM on oily sand of Tumuji, Inner Mongolia, at 25℃ in neutral solutions reaches its equilibrium in 5 hrs and the saturation adsorption obtained is of 16 mg/g sand and decreases with increasing temperature (25--60℃). The adsorption isotherms fit to Langmuir's mode, which indicates monolayer adsorption occured and the adsorption is exothermal. In contact angle measurements on sandstone plate samples with MDFFM aqueous solutions it is shown that oleophitie sandstone surfaces ( contact angle 98. 985℃ ) are altered to weaker oleophilie ones (83. 592℃ ), hydrophilie sandstone surfaces (50. 665℃)--to more hydrophilie ones (35. 408°) and negatively charged oleophilie sandstone surfaces (106. 672°)--to hydrophilie ones (72. 000°) with the MDFFM added in water. Introducing NaCl into MDFFM solution promotes wettability alternation of sandstone surfaces.
