摘  要:机械密封腔内的流场行为对机械密封的性能有重要影响,国外对机械密封腔内的流场行为进行了广泛而深入的研究。综述了国内外对机械密封腔流场的研究情况,包括实验研究和数值模拟。实验研究主要是通过PIV、LDV等试验仪器测量不同机械密封腔结构内流场的速度、压力、固体颗粒分布等参数,掌握流场流动的规律,进而改善其操作环境;数值模拟主要是使用Fluent等CFD软件对流场的各参数、固体颗粒的轨迹等进行仿真,甚至可以模拟难以测量的复杂机械密封腔结构,其模拟结果与试验结果能够很好地相符,为更深入直观地理解机械密封腔内的流场行为提供了一个有用的工具。实验研究和数值模拟的研究结果对机械密封的研究与使用具有重要指导作用。The flow in seal chamber has great influence on the reliability of mechanical seal. There has been a lot of efforts to investigate the flow in the chamber. This paper reviews the progress of the investigation in the seal chamber, both experimental and numerical. As to experimental investigation, PIV, LDV, etc., are used to measure the velocity vector, pressure, solid particles distribution, etc. in the different seal chambers in order to understand the disciplinarian of the flow and improve the reliability of the operation. As to numerical investigation, CFD (computational fluid dynamics), such as FLUENT, etc., is used to simulate the parameters of the flow or motion of the solids, etc. It could simulate the complex seal chamber structure which is difficult to survey and the results are consistent with the experiment. It is a useful tool to understand the flow in the chamber. The experimental and numerical results are very important for investigation and application of mechanical seal.
