摘  要:二维稳态导热肋板的换热量及肋效率的计算分析在传热学理论和工程应用中都具有非常重要的意义。肋板外形的不同,直接影响导热效果。充分利用软件Visual C++ 6.0对肋板稳态导热过程进行编程,计算划分好的各节点处温度值,进而分析出不同肋板的肋效率。对矩形肋、三角肋和抛物线肋三种典型肋板进行数值计算分析,重点比较了相同尺寸量级不同肋型的换热量及肋效率,并通过有限元分析软件ANSYS 9.0辅助研究,从做出的云图直观地得出结论。在尺寸和材料条件都相同的情形下,利用抛物形肋板可以得到较高的肋效率,三角肋次之,矩形肋的肋效率相对较低。It is important that the analysis of the quantity of heat conduction and fin efficiency of two-dimensional steady-state heat conduction are applied in the theory of heat transfer and engineering application. The different styles of fins influence the effects of heat convection directly. Compiling on the process of the steady-state heat conduction by the software, Visual C++6.0, calculate the temperature of every dot on the fins, and then analyze the fin efficiency of the different fins. This paper uses numerical solution to the rectangle-fin, triangle-fin and parabola-fin, mainly comparing their heat convection and fin efficiency, under the same size and material conditions. And from pictures made by auxiliary software, Ansys 9.0, drawing the conclusion, that is, the fin efficiency of parabola-fin is best, triangle-fin the second, rectangle-fin the third.
