摘　　要：目的:评价我院口服降糖药应用现状与发展动向。方法:对2005～2007年我院口服降糖药用药金额、用药频度及日均费用的变化进行统计分析。结果:3年来我院口服降糖药用量呈逐年增长趋势,临床应用以双胍类和磺酰脲类药物为主。结论:我院口服降糖药的使用结构基本合理。药物疗效好、日均费用低、服用方便是患者能否规范、连续用药的重要因素。Objective：To evaluate the current situation and developing trend on appliation of oral antididiabetic agents in our hospital.Methods：In 2005～2007 the changes of total sale amount of money,using frequency and daily mean cost of oral antidiabetic agents in our hospital were analyzed.Results：During the past 3 years the sales volume of oral antidiabetic agents increased as a trend.In clinical practice,biguanides and accounted the Fisst two palace.Conclusion：Our hosptial the fundamental structure reasonable on oral antidiabetic agent.With definite effect,cheaper price,and comveeniant for taking,those are the key factors to standardize and continueous treatment.
