摘　　要：目的:研究瑞芬太尼用于不停跳冠状动脉搭桥术(OPCABG)麻醉的可行性。方法:69例择期OPCABG病人,随机分为芬太尼组(F组,n=34)和瑞芬太尼组(R组,n=35),连续监测心率(HR)、心输出量(CO)、心脏指数(CI)、肺动脉压(PAP)、中心静脉压(CVP)、肺毛细血管楔压(PCWP)、肺血管阻力(PVR)、周身血管阻力(SVR)。结果:与芬太尼组相比,瑞芬太尼组的血液动力学参数无差异。结论:瑞芬太尼可安全地用于不停跳冠状动脉搭桥术麻醉。Objective：To study the feasibility of anesthesia with remifentanil for off-pump coronary bypass grafting（OPCABG）.Methods：Sixty-nine patients underwent elective OPCABG,randomly received anesthesia of either fentanyl（Group F,n=34）or remifentanil（Group R,n=35）.During anesthesia,hemodynamics parameters（HR,CO,CI,PAP,CVP,PCWP,PVR,SVR）were continuously monitored.Results：Compared with the fentanil group,there was no significant difference the hemodynamic parameters between the two groups.Conclusions：Remifentanil can be safely and feasibly used for OPCABG.
