食管双对比造影在食管滑动性裂孔疝诊断中的应用

摘　　要：目的:评价食管双对比造影在食管滑动性裂孔疝诊断中的应用价值。方法:37例患者均口服50ml医用硫酸钡,分别采取立位、卧位、俯卧头低位并腹部加压等方法行食管双对比造影,常规摄取食管充盈像和粘膜像。结果:37例患者均顺利完成食管双对比造影检查,发现膈上疝囊、食管胃环、齿状线上移、疝囊内有胃粘膜皱襞等食管滑动性裂孔疝征象。结论:食管双对比造影是诊断食管滑动性裂孔疝的安全、简便、有效的方法。Objective： To evaluate the value of double hiatus hernia. Methods： Double contrast esophageal of 50 ml barium sulfate and gas producing powder. contrast imaging in the diagnosis of sliding esophageal examination were performed in 37 cases after intaking Observed by erect view, supine view and head down pronated view. Taken the film of full filled patern and mucosal pattern. Results： All 37 patients were successfully perfomed examine. Signs of sliding esophageal hiatus hernia such as hernia sac above the diaphragm, esophageal-gastro ring, gastric mucosal folds within the hernia sac et al. Conclusion： Double contrast imaging is an effective, safe and convenient examination in the diagnosis of sliding esophageal hiatus hernia.
