摘 要:为了提高目标光辐射线偏振度的测量精度,更好地满足偏振遥感的应用需求,提出了一种线偏振度测量新方法。该方法通过测量目标在多个偏振方向的偏振辐射,并将所有测量结果直接用于待测目标线偏振度值的计算,改善测量系统的信噪比,从而提高系统的线偏振度测量精度。在现有的多波段偏振辐射计上通过修改软件添加了该新方法,并和常规线偏振度测量方法进行了比对测量实验,结果表明:新方法的线偏振度测量精度稳定在1%以内,基本可以满足测量条件及目标缓变但偏振测量精度要求高的应用需求。In order to improve the measurement accuracy of the degree of the linear polarization from the targets and to meet the needs of the polarization remote sensing, a new method to measure the degree of the linear polarization (DOLP) is given. It measured the polarization radiation of the targets in multiple directions and used all of them to calculate the DOLP directly in order to improve the signal-to-noise ratio of the system. The new method was added to the multi-channel polarimeter by modifying its software. The comparing experiment with the normal one was done. The results indicate that the uncertainty of the new method is less than 1%. It can satisfy the application requirements of measuring the DOLP more accurately when the targets and the testing conditions change slowly.
