摘  要:为填补国内汽车前照灯仪校准器的发光强度分布和光轴角的检定溯源空白,采用基于面阵CCD的光学系统对校准器垂直照射在检测幕布上形成的光斑进行图像数字化处理,通过CCD像元灰度定标及测量实现发光强度的分布检定,检定测量不确定度优于2%;通过光斑特征点(远光光斑中心点、近光光斑明暗截止线转角点)的位移测量实现光轴角检定,检定范围为:上0°~1°,左、右、下0°~2°,检定测量不确定度优于1.4′。系统检定效率及智能化程度高,获得信息全面,重复性好,完全达到JJG967—2001对机动车前照灯检测仪校准器检定装置的要求。At present, the distribution of luminous intensity and angle of ray axis for calibrator of headlamp tester on motor vehicle can not be checked rapidly. An optical system based on planar array CCD is used to digitalize the image of lighting area on the screen formed by the perpendicular irradiation of calibrator's lamp. The distribution of luminous intensity can be achieved by the amount of grey level of CCD unit, and the uncertainty is less than 2 %. The angle of ray axis can be acquired by detecting the displacement of special dot (center of far light, corner of near light), its measuring range is. up 0^o-1^o, down, left, right 0^o^2^o and the uncertainty is less than 1.4'. The system has the advantage of high efficiency and automatic level, good repetition and gathering total information, totally meeting the demands of standard JJG967-2001.
