美国高等教育“三A”原则及其对重构中国大学精神的启示

摘　　要：重构中国大学精神是当前中国高等教育面临的一大课题。蔡元培提出"思想自由,兼容并包"的北大精神与美国高等教育的"三A"原则一脉相承,继承发扬"思想自由,兼容并包"的北大精神,研究美国高等教育的"三A"原则,并由此审视中国大学精神的产生和发展无疑具有启示和借鉴意义。当代中国大学精神的重构关键在于实现学术自治、学术自由和坚持民族文化的自强、自立。Presently the reconstruction of the spirit of Chinese universities is a hot issue in Chinese higher education. The spirit of Peking university ＂ideological freedom and compatibility with all trends of thought＂ put forward by Cai Yuanpei inherits ＂Three A＂ principles of American higher education. Inheriting, developing the spirit of Peking university, and learn ＂Three A＂ principles of American higher education make an enlightenment point to the perspective of the origin and development of the spirit of Chinese universities. The key of the reconstruction of the spirit of Chinese universities lie in the realization of academic freedom, academic autonomy and persistence of selfindependence and self-renewal of national culture.
