摘　　要：调节性T细胞(Treg)是一群具有免疫调节功能的T细胞亚群,其功能异常可导致多种自身免疫病。类风湿关节炎(RA)是一种主要累及周围关节的多系统炎症性自身免疫病,多种免疫细胞与其发病存在密切关联。本文回顾近年来有关CD4+Treg及其在RA中的研究进展情况,为进一步研究RA的发病机制和治疗打下基础。Regulatory T cells （Tregs） are a subset ofT cells which are involved in keeping peripheral immune tolerance and have attracted much interest in their role in controlling autoimmunity. Rheumatoid Arthritis （RA） is a chronic, systemic autoimmune disorder which predominantly attacks the peripheral joints. This review focused on the current understanding of several subsets of regulatory T cells and the advances of relations between Tregs and RA were summarized.
