我国金融综合经营趋势下监管体系的构建

摘　　要：随着世界金融混业经营的趋势越来越明显,中国的金融高层小心翼翼地推动混业经营在中国的展开,并确定为金融业综合经营。但中国现实情况下的分业监管模式如何与这个国际潮流"契合",对此本文在综合分析国内外对金融综合经营监管问题研究的基础上,结合我国目前可选择的监管模式,构建了"四角伞形网状"监管体系,以期实现综合经营、功能监管的有效协调。According to the world＇s tendency in finance industry from segregation operation to integration operation, senior financial officials of China push the development of integration operation cautiously. But how to make the trends adaptable in China＇s separate supervision circumstance ？ On the basis of comprehensive analysis of the regulation problems of domestic and international finance integration operation, in light of China＇s current alternative regulatory approaches, this paper constructs ＂the four-corners umbrella network＂ regulation system so as to realize the effective coordination between integration operation and functional supervision.
