摘　　要：渐开线直齿圆锥齿轮被广泛应用,而其三维造型步骤却相当繁琐。在介绍Pro/Engineer参数化设计原理的基础上,创建一个齿轮参数通过关系式控制的渐开线直齿圆锥齿轮参数化模型,并通过添加参数输入控制程序实现参数化造型,存储整个设计过程,便可以轻易地完成具有不同参数的锥齿轮三维模型的建立,简化了设计过程,为其他类零件的参数化造型、提高建模效率提供了一种行之有效的途径。The involute coniflex gear is extensive used today ,but the process of 3D modeling for it is too much complex.Based on the theory of parametric design of Pro/Engineer, a coniflex gear＇s parameterized model controlled by the gear parameter-relation, was set in this paper. We can carry out parameterized models,different parameters but same form,easily by the way of saving the whole design process of a model and adding parameters to control the program.This method will greatly simplify the design process and provide an effective path for some other accessories＇ parameterized model.
