摘　　要：Excel是一个功能非常强大的表格数据管理软件，它的数据计算和数据处理的各种功能能够有效地处理人们日常工作中遇到的很多的数据表，本文主要从学校常见的学生成绩表格的管理详细阐述Excel的数据计算功能和图表的插入以及数据表格的打印问题。Excel is a kind of powerful spreadsheet Data Management SoftwareoAll kinds of functions in data computing and data processing can effiendty process many data spreadsheet in usual work. This article explains the function of data computing and inserting of graphic and printing of data spreadsheet from usual student score table in detail.
