气血并治方胶囊治疗颈动脉粥样硬化的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察气血并治方胶囊治疗颈动脉粥样硬化(CAS)的临床疗效并探讨其可能的作用机理。方法:CAS患者100例随机分为两组:对照组(50例)给予西医常规治疗,治疗组(50例)在西医常规治疗的基础上给予气血并治方胶囊,连续服用3个月,治疗前后对患者进行血瘀证积分统计,并测定患者血脂、高敏C-反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、血栓素B2(TXB2)和6-酮-前列腺素PGF1α(6-Keto-PGF1α)的含量。结果:气血并治方胶囊可以改善患者血瘀证积分,降低甘油三脂、低密度脂蛋白,升高高密度脂蛋白,减少hs-CRP水平,抑制TXB2合成、增加PGF1α水平,与对照组相比,有显著性差异(P<0.01,P<0.05)。结论:气血并治方胶囊能有效地改善CAS患者的临床症状,调节患者脂质代谢,降低患者血浆炎性因子hs-CRP含量。Objective：To observe the clinical effects of capsule of regulating qi and xue recipe （CRQXR）on carotid artery atherosclerosis （CAS）and discuss the mechanisms. Methods：100 cases of CAS were divided into 2 groups randomly,the regular western medicine group （50 cases）and CRQXR with regular western medicine group. Blood stasis syndrome score was evaluated before and after treatment respectively after 3-month treatment. The content of blood lipid,high sensitive C- reactive protein （hs-CRP）,thromboxan B2 （TXB2）aud 6-ketone-prostaglandin F1α （6-Keto-PGF1α）was detected. Results：CRQXR could decrease blood stasis score, triglyceride （TG）,low density lipoprotein （LDL）and hs-CRP,increase high density lipoprotein（HDL）and PGF1α;and intervere the synthetization of TXB2 of significant difference（P〈0.01,P〈0.05）. Conclusion：CRQXR could relieve the clinical symptoms and regulate lipid metabolism and decrease hs-CRP.
