中医心理治疗对复发性生殖器疱疹患者精神症状的作用研究

摘　　要：目的:观察中医心理治疗对复发性生殖器疱疹(RGH)患者精神症状方面的改善作用。方法:研究采用随机配对双盲设计。将研究对象随机配对分为甲乙两组,每组各60例,所有受试对象均给予常规抗病毒西药治疗,而其中一组患者安排每周接受一次中医心理治疗,疗程共12w。甲乙两组在治疗前统计年平均复发次数;治疗前后2w进行24项汉密顿抑郁量表(HAMD)、汉密顿焦虑量表(HAMA)评定;治疗后所有受试对象随访1年,统计治疗后1年的年平均复发次数。结果:中医心理治疗组治疗后HAMD、HAMA评分及年平均复发次数明显低于单纯西药治疗组(P<0.01),结果有显著性差异。结论:中医心理治疗能明显改善RGH患者精神抑郁及焦虑症状,降低RGH的年复发次数。Objective ：To observe the improving effect of TCM psychotherapy on the psychiatric symptoms in patients with recrudescent genital herpes （RGH）. Methods：We conducted a double-blind,randomly paired study including 120 RGH patients who were divided into two groups, 60 subjects each group. All subjects were given rutine antivirus treatment. Subjects of one group also received weekly TCM psychotherapy for 12 weeks. The annual recrudescence rate of the two groups was counted before treatment. We conducted the 24-item Hamilton Depression Scale （HAMD）and the Hamilton Anxiety Scale（HAMA）evaluation two weeks before and after the treatment. Follow-up visit for all the subjects lasted for one year and the average annual recrudescence times were counted after treatment. Results：The subjects of TCM psychotherapy group had significant lower scores of the 24-item HAMD and the HAMA and lower annual recrudescence rate than those of rutine treatment group. Conclusion ： TCM psychotherapy obviously relieves the depression and anxiety symptoms in RGH patients, and decreases the annual recrudescence rate of RGH.
