消抗灵Ⅱ号对小鼠解脲支原体感染及感染后血清中TNF-α的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨消抗灵Ⅱ号对雌性小鼠解脲支原体(Uu)感染及感染后血清中肿瘤坏死因子(TNF-α)的防治作用。方法:采用Taylor-Robinson等介绍的激素处理法造模,以阿奇霉素为西药对照组(西药组),观察模型小鼠Uu生长变化及各组TNF-α值比较。结果:Uu经生殖道感染后,可引起TNF-α值升高。治疗后中药组的Uu转阴率(95%)高于西药组(60%),有显著性差异(P<0.05);中药组、西药组与模型组比较,有显著性差异(P<0.05)。对血清中TNF-α的影响,中药组与模型组比较,有极显著性差异(P<0.01),与空白组比较,无显著性差异(P>0.05);西药组分别与模型组和空白组比较,有极显著性差异(P<0.01),说明中药组与西药组对TNF-α均有疗效,但中药组优于西药组。结论:消抗灵Ⅱ号能消除解脲支原体,并可降低支原体感染引起的TNF-α高水平。Objective：To study the effect of Xiaokangling Ⅱ （XKL Ⅱ ） on Ureaplasma urealyticum （Uu） infected mice and their serum TNF-α. Methods：Uu infected mice were induced by hormone treatment from Taylor-Robinson,with azithromycin group as control one to obersve Uu growth and to compare TNF-α of different group. Results：TNF-α increased after Uu infection. 95% of Uu infection turned negative in XKL Ⅱ group,which is significantly higher than that （60%） of azitromycin group（P〈0.05）. There was significant difference between groups（P〈0.05）. Serum TNF-α of XKL Ⅱ group was significantly different from that of model group（P〈0.01 ） and was not of significant difference from that of saline group（P〉0.05）. The TNF-α of azitromycin group was significant different from saline group and control group （P〈0.01）. That indicated both XKL Ⅱ and azitromycin were effective on TNF-α and XKL Ⅱ was better. Conclusion ：XKL Ⅱ might decrease the serum TNF-αinduced by Uu to remove Uu and treat the infection.
