摘　　要：知识经济社会为图书馆带来前所未有的机遇与挑战,知识服务将成为21世纪图书面向未来发展的战略选择。图书馆迫切需要改变服务观念,引进先进的管理理念,建立起知识服务技术平台,从传统的、被动的信息服务转变为符合时代要求的、主动的知识服务。Along with the coining of knowledge economy,hbraries are faced with unprecedented opporlunities and challenges,so knowledge service will be the strategic choice for library in the 21st century. The library urgent needs to change the service idea, introduces the advanced management idea, builds the know.ledge service technology platform,from the tradition, the passive information service transforms to meet the lime requirement, the initiative knowledge service.
