肠康饮对溃疡性结肠炎大鼠血清IL-6、IL-10的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨肠康饮对溃疡性结肠炎大鼠结肠损伤的修复作用及对血清IL-6、IL-10的影响。方法:将60只Wistar大鼠随机分为乙醇对照组,模型组,肠康饮低、中、高剂量组,柳氮磺吡啶(SASP)组,共6组,每组10只。应用2,4,6-三硝基苯磺酸(TNBS)复制溃疡性结肠炎动物模型,同时肠康饮低、中、高剂量组分别给予不同剂量肠康饮灌胃,SASP组予以SASP灌胃,乙醇对照组及模型组灌服等体积生理盐水。21d后处死大鼠,观察大体形态学及组织病理学改变,并采用放射免疫法检测各组大鼠的血清IL-6、IL-10的水平。结果:肠康饮能有效提高大鼠血清IL-10含量,降低IL-6含量,并对损伤的大肠黏膜有明显的修复作用。结论:肠康饮对大鼠实验性溃疡性结肠炎疗效显著,其作用机制可能与调节机体的免疫有关。Objective：To study the effect of Changkang liquid （CKL）on the intestinal ulcerative colitis repairment and rats serum levels of IL-6 and IL-10. Methods：60 Wistar rats were randomly divided into ethanol control group,model group, C KL low, middle and high dose group, SASP group, 10 in each group. Ulcerative colitis rats model were copied by 2,4,6- TNBS. The general morphological and histopathological changes were observed and the rat serum levels of IL-6,IL-10 were detected by radioimmunity 21 days later. Results：CKL effectively improved the serum levels of IL-10,reduced the serum levels of IL-6, and had significant effect of repairing the intestinal mucosal injury. Conclusion ：The significant effect of CKL on rats experimental ulcerative colitis may be attributed to immune-regulation.
