摘　　要：目的探讨颅底沟通性肿瘤的诊断与治疗。方法分析我院一例颅底沟通性肿瘤从2001年10月—2003年6月间的首次就诊、再次就诊、鼓膜切开置管、鼻咽部活检、头颅MR I及手术过程等。结果从首发症状到最后确诊历时1年半。手术完整切除肿瘤,随访5年无复发。结论颅底沟通性肿瘤随发病部位不同可有不同的首发症状。对反复发作的渗出性中耳炎患者应考虑颅底沟通性肿瘤。Objective To disscuss the diagnosis and treatment of communicated skull base tumor. Methods A retrospective study on a patient with communicated skull base tumor from 2001 Oct to 2003 Jun, including the process of initial visit, follow-up, tympanostomy tubes insertion, nasopharyngeal biopsy, skull MRI and surgical procedure. Results The process of diagnosis lasted 1 year and a half. The tumor was totally removed without recurrence during 5 years＇ follow-up. Conclusion Different initial manifestations can be occurred for communicated skull base tumor according to different initial sites. Recurrent otitis media with effusion should be suspected as a sign of communicated skull base tumor.
