摘　　要：４７２例单用ＤＤＳ治愈的麻风病人用ＭＤＴ复治的效果江苏东台市皮防院王景权王厚峥宣小辉控制麻风复发是确保消灭麻风的重要措施。１９８７年和１９８９年我市对部分单用ＤＤＳ治愈者进行了ＭＤＴ复治，在完成复治后每年进行监测。接受复治者原来均曾是查菌阳性，皮损多...For prevention of relapse, MDT have been given to 472 persons cured of leprosy with regular DDS monotherapy, including three regimens,i.e. Ⅰ: monthly supervised RMP 600mg plus daily self-taking DDS 100mg for six months; Ⅱ and Ⅲ: monthly supervised RMP 1200mg and B663 1200 mg plus daily self-taking DDS 100 mg for six months and for one year respectively.Those who took regimens Ⅰ, Ⅱ and Ⅲ were in 329,48 and 95 persons, including MB 62,47 and 93,respectively.Since stop of the drugs,the three groups were followed up for six, eight and seven years respectively, and two relapses occurred only in original LL cases of the group Ⅰ.
