高校开展论文收录检索服务时应注意的几点细节

摘　　要：本文主要阐述了在高校开展论文收录检索服务时应注意的几点细节。首先是接受用户委托时应做的工作,包括耐心地说服教师填写委托单和指导教师填写完整的委托单。然后重点谈面对特殊委托情况时的对策,包括只提供中文题名、只提供姓名和单位时的做法,以及填写了完整的委托单、需要检索SCI引用情况和团体委托检索时的做法,最后还谈了如何最快区分EI数据库中核心数据库和非核心数据。本文所谈及的具体做法将为信息检索人员提供参考。Several points of details, which should be paid much attention to, in service of paper collection retrieval at university, being completed on SCI, ISTP and EI databases, were described in this paper. Mainly, the paper dealt with two fields of accepting task and searching papers, and some retrieval metbeds were introduced in detail. When accepting a retrieval task, we should patiently ask customer to fill the list and direct him/her to fill complete forms. In addition, the paper gave out the following 6 fields as well： （1） method for customer providing only Chinese ＇title; （2） method for customer providing only author name and his/her working unit; （3） details needed to be noted when customer filled complete task list; （4） retrieval methods for paper citation by SCI; （5） retrieval method for group customer; （6） method for identifying core and non- core data of EI.
