摘　　要：收集了多个国外电子期刊管理模式变革的实践案例,提出了工作流程的重组、新职位的设置、跨部门委员会的设立等一些值得借鉴的经验,以求为我国图书馆实施电子期刊模式变革提供指导。Several cases were studied for the e - journal management patterns at the academic libraries in the United States and Germany. The work flow reorganization, new position arrangement and establishment of councils across different departments are successful practices, which can be used as the guidance of the management reform of the e- journals at the libraries in China.
