针刺配合华佗药枕治疗颈椎病疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察针刺配合华佗药枕治疗颈椎病的疗效。方法将79例神经根型、椎动脉型颈椎病随机分为两组,以针刺配合药枕治疗为观察组,以针刺治疗为对照组。结果观察组愈显率87.5%,对照组为66.7%,两组愈显率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论针刺配合华佗药枕治疗颈椎病有确切疗效,华佗药枕有一定的治疗作用。Objective To investigate the efficacy of acupuncture plus Huatuo medicinal pillow in treating stress incontinence. Methods Seventy-nine patients with nerve root type or vertebral artery type cervical spondylosis were randomly allocated to two groups. The observation group were treated with acupuncture plus medicinal pillow and the control group, with acupuncture. Results The cure and marked efficacy rate was 87.5% in the observation group and 66.7% in the control group. There was a statistically significant difference in the cure and marked efficacy rate between the two groups （P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion Acupuncture plus Huatuo medicinal pillow has an exact therapeutic effect on cervical spondylosis. Huatuo medicinal pillow has an certain therapeutic effect.
