摘  要:基于泵控泵(PCP)技术的一控三泵控泵注水泵站系统,综合应用摘段调节、变速调节和泵的串联改变注水系统的特性曲线,使大功率多级高压离心泵始终在高效区工作,实现注水泵输出压力和流量可调,能达到节能降耗的目的并实现多种工况组合备用。实际应用表明,该系统降低了泵管压差和注水电耗,提高了注水效率,有效地解决了油田注水电耗大的问题。Based on the pump - control - pump (PCP) technology in the system of a three - pump - pump injecting water pump station, the curves of the water injection system are changed by the comprehensive application of the removable regulation, variable - speed control and the series of pumps. It enables that the high -power multi - level high pressure centrifugal pump has always been working in the highly effective district and achieves the adjustable output pressure and flow of the injection pump. Furthermore, it can acquire the purpose of the saving energy and reducing consumption and attain the combinative backup in a variety of conditions. Practical applications show that the system reduces the pressure of pump and electricity consumption of water injection, improves the efficiency of water injection and reduces production cost . The problem that the electricity consumption of water injection is too big has been solved.
