摘　　要：详细介绍了在石灰窑电气控制系统中,利用嵌入式PROFIBUS-DP总线桥与用户单片机系统组成智能仪表,将传统的PLC控制方法改造为数据总线控制,在节约大量资金的同时提高了系统运行的可靠性和现场控制与改造的方便性。This paper presents the technical transformation of an electric control system for a lime- kiln. Its inteIIigent instrumentation is composed of the PROFIBUS-DP bridge and a single-chip microcomputer system, which can change the traditional PLC control techniqure to a data bus control method, thus saving on a great amount of fund and improving the operating reliability and controlability at the working field as well as facilitating its transformation.
