论恐怖主义灾难

摘　　要：恐怖主义的本质特征是为了达到一定政治目的,对无罪的平民使用暴力并残酷致死,借以镇慑人们从而屈从其意志。恐怖主义初期,其行为目的是要更多的人观看,达到某种宣传效果;现在则是要更多的人死亡,造成死亡心理威胁;今后可能会以更隐蔽的手段,使用杀伤力更大的武器,造成更大的恐怖。国际恐怖主义具有跨国性、非政权主体性、现代科技性三大特征,形成在二战结束、冷战、非殖民地化、民族独立运动高涨的时代背景下,目前起主导作用、协调各派、构成全球性地下恐怖网络的则是本·拉登领导的基地组织。恐怖主义是宗教信仰中非共生因素的极端发展的恶果。正视信仰的成因、深度及其恶劣后果,才能设法形成各教、各族的共生环境,最后消弭宗教对立的信仰,这才是消除恐怖主义最根本的道路,也就是人类共生之路。The nature of the terrorism is to cause the common innocent people to die with violence and make people yield to their willpower in order to achieve certain political end. In the early terrorism, the purpose is to make more people know, however, it is to make more people die and cause death psychological threaten nowadays. In the future, it will cause more terror with more covert ways and more powerful antipersonnel weapons. The international terrorism is characterized by transnational, non-regime and modern science and technology. It grew up in the era of WWII, cold war, decolonization and national independence movement and now the main global underground terrorism net is the Base organization. Terrorism is the evil results of non-coexisting factors which extremely developed in the religious belief. Only facing the cause, depth and evil consequence of belief can we manage to create the environment for different religions and nations, and finally rid of the opposite beliefs. This is the most basic way to eliminate terrorism as well as the way for the human beings.
