摘　　要：目的提高医院药学监护水平。方法根据现行的医疗体制,利用现代信息技术和方法,建立基于医院信息系统的规范化电子药历。结果基于医院信息系统的规范化电子药历具备准确、直观、完整、实时等特点,适用临床用药的前瞻性或回顾性分析。结论整合在HIS中的规范化电子药历,改变了传统工作流程,减少了临床药师的工作量,提高了工作效率,提升了医院药学监护水平。Objective Promote the level of pharmaceutical care in hospital. Methods Under the existing health care system, Through modern information technology and methods, Establishing pharmaceutical care database based on hospital information system. Results Accurate, intuitive, complete and real-time, The pharmaceutical care database Apply to the forward-looking analysis or retrospective analysis of Clinical pharmacy. Conclusion The pharmaceutical care database based on hospital information system has changed the traditional workflow, reduced the workload of the clinical pharmacists, improved work efficiency, and promote the level of pharmaceutical care in hospitals.
