摘  要:本研究主要采用访谈法,考察了300名45~80个月的幼儿对10个疾病相关概念的认知,结果表明幼儿主要以具体举例和直观特征形式定义概念,并表现出一定的年龄差异、性别差异和园所差异。在幼儿园健康教育中,应培养幼儿正视疾病的态度;应根据幼儿当前认知,不断丰富幼儿疾病相关知识;既应关注幼儿健康行为的养成,又应注重健康教育的科学性,同时要积极利用幼儿将疾病发生视为行为后果的认知特点,培养其关注自身和他人健康的主体意识。The researchers have studied 300 children's cognition of related ten concepts of disease by the interview method. Results indicate that the children mainly use two forms to define concepts, which are "intuitive features" and "concrete examples". Besides, the statistical analysis shows there are some differences in age, sex and kindergarten aspects. Then the researchers make some suggestions on the health education for preschool children: Cultivate children to envisage disease; Based on children's currently knowledge, enrich children's knowledge about disease gradually; As attention to the nurturance of health behavior, pay attention to the scientific of health education; Excite children's consciousness about health in virtue of their knowledge of disease as conduct aftereffect.
