摘 要:同济大学教学科研综合楼属平面和竖向都不规则的复杂高层结构体系。建筑旋转上升的功能平面布局以及设备夹层的设置给结构体系选择和结构设计带来了相当大的难度,尤其是楼层功能平面的螺旋上升布置,将导致结构在地震作用下呈现明显的扭转不规则特征。详细介绍了同济大学教学科研综合楼结构分析与设计,包括结构体系选型、粘滞阻尼支撑的创新应用、包括Pushover分析在内的全面抗震分析、结构模型振动台试验结果以及关键节点的设计。结构分析和模型试验结果均表明,合理的结构选型和结构设计有效地解决了结构规则性超限的问题,使地震作用下的结构反应实现了规则化。Teaching and Research Complex of Tongji university is a complex high-rise steel structure with characteristic of plane irregularity and vertical irregularity. Its unique spiral layout of L-shaped block units and six facility floor brought very great challenges to the structural system selection and structural design, in which the most critical is to reduce the torsion effect from the spiraling layout of building block units when earthquake occurs. The structural analysis and design are presented, including structural system selection, creative application of viscous damper brace, comprehensive aseismic analysis ( including Pushover analysis), shaking table test and critical joint connection design. Structural analysis and shaking table test show that through the rational structural system selection and design, the problem of the structural regularity beyond the code limit is solved effectively and regular structural effect is achieved.
