摘 要:提出了采用表面波电磁声技术对圆环链裂纹进行在线检测的方案,成功地研制了电磁声探伤装置和电磁声传感器.在钢管和圆环链上非接触地激发并探测到声表面波和人工缺陷反射波以及造成的声波衰减,从理论上和试验技术上为最终实现对运动圆环链的在线检测奠定了基础.所研制的传感器也可用于对其它运动的、表面粗糙的金属构件和结构件进行无损检测,有着极广阔的应用前景.A method of online detecting cracks on the roundlink chains has presented in this paper. In order to investigate the feasibility of the method,an electromagnetic acoustic flaw detector and electromagnetic acoustic transducers have been developed. It has proved by experiments that the transducers are successful for emitting and receiving surface wave on steel pipe and roundlinkchains without contact.The reflecting wave or ultrasonic wave attenuation caused by different depth of cracks on the chains have been observed. The research work has established a solid ground in both theory and experiment for solving the problem of online detecting cracks on moving chains. The developed detector can also be used in flaw detection of other rough surface metallic moving parts and has a prospect future in nondestructive testing field.
