摘 要:往复机械的磨损是最常见的故障现象,过度磨损对设备的安全运行危害较大。目前对其诊断主要采用振动分析法和油液分析法,前者能对磨损部位做出较准确的判断,却难以确定磨损的原因;后者能诊断出磨损状态及原因,但难以定位。将振动分析与油液分析相结合,建立了复合诊断方法。现场应用表明,该方法对往复机械磨损故障的诊断具有明显的优越性。The wear is a kind of universal fault of reciprocating equipment. The excessive wear has greatly effect to safety production. Presently, the main diagnostic methods are developed, which include vibration analysis and lubrication oil analysis. The former can find the location of the worn parts accurately, but can not judge the cause. The latter can diagnose the wearing condition and cause, but can not lind the location of the worn parts. A new method integrated with vibration and lubrication oil analysis is put forward. The application indicates that this method has Superiority for the diagnosis of reciprocating equipment.
