摘　　要：针对弯游梁抽油机游梁制造工艺复杂、生产周期长、效率低的问题,提出了用H型钢制作弯游梁的设计方案及制造工艺,并对H型钢弯游梁进行了强度校核,实现了缩短游梁制造周期、提高生产效率的目的;同时提出了应用H型钢做连杆可以有效地降低原材料成本的见解。The bended walking beam pumping unit has problem of complex fabrication process, long production cycle and low efficiency. Aiming at these problems, the solution is proposed, which makes use of H-beam for walking beam. The H beam bended walking beam and fabrication process are designed and its strength is verified as well. It is realized that production cycle is shortened and efficiency is increased. Meanwhile the view is put forward that using H-beam as link member will effectively reduce material cost.
