摘　　要：针对抽油机井现用井口密封盘根盒存在的有效密封时间短的问题,研制出一种可在较长时间内保持盘根压紧力、盘根自动收缩贴紧光杆的既节能又实用的新型盘根盒,通过现场试验,取得了满意的效果。Aiming at the problems of short working life of sealing device on pumping wells, a new and practical packing device, was developed, which has feature of maintaining clamping force in a relative long period and self-contacting the rod. Through on-site test, it got satisfied results.
