摘　　要：复习近10年来发表的所有关于头针治疗小儿脑瘫的文献,探讨了近10年来头针疗法在小儿脑瘫治疗中的应用发展。认为小儿脑瘫的头针治疗,特别是中国头针穴名标准化方案得到了广泛的应用。无论是头针方案的选择,还是头针结合其它疗法,都展现出较为丰富的研究与探索。中国头针穴名标准化方案与焦氏、靳氏、汤氏一起,形成目前主流头针体系;而且在它和其它传统疗法结合的基础上,逐渐融合现代康复医学评价与治疗体系,极大的丰富了头针的理论基础和临床实践经验,使头针的发展融入科学理性的轨道;但是,严格的科研设计、远期疗效跟踪以及和头针相关的基础研究仍然有待于改进和提高。By reviewing the literature about the treatment of child cerebral palsy with scalp acupuncture and the development of scalp acupuncture therapy used in the treatment of child cerebral palsy in the past ten years, the authors believe that scalp acupuncture for child cerebral palsy has been extensively applied to the clinical practice. Extensive studies have been made both on scalp acupuncture methods and on combination of scalp acupuncture methods with other therapies. A mainstream system of scalp acupuncture has been formed, combining the standard scheme of Chinese scalp acupuncture point names and those of the Jiao＇ s, Jin＇ s and Tang＇ s. Scalp acupuncture therapy has gradually been integrated into the evaluation and treatment system of modern convalescence science, which has greatly enriched its theoretical basis and clinical experience, enabling scalp acupuncture to be endowed with science and rationality. However, further studies are needed in design of scientific research, follow-up studies on long-term effect and basic researches in this field.
