摘　　要：企业是节能的主体,是节能减排的主要贡献者,加强企业节能管理运作机制的建设是一项迫切的任务。在我国节能管理实践经验的基础上,概要地介绍和讨论了企业节能管理运作机制的基本思路,期望它对工业、建筑业、工商服务业、公用事业等在提高节能管理运作能力方面有所帮助。Enterprise is the main body of energy-saving and the main contributor for energy conservation and emissions reduction. It is an urgent task to strengthen the construction of enterprise energy-saving management operation mechanism. On the basis of China energy-saving management practical experience, the article introduces and discusses the basic ideas of enterprise energy-saving management operation mechanism briefly and expects the ideas can provide help for industry, building industry, indus- trial and commercial service enterprises and public utilities to improve energy-saving management operation capability.
