复方奥硝唑搽剂治疗寻常痤疮临床观察

摘　　要：目的:评价复方奥硝唑搽剂治疗寻常痤疮的临床疗效。方法:将入选患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组各61例。治疗组应用复方奥硝唑搽剂,对照组应用复方硫洗剂,在治疗2～4周后复查或随访,观察皮损情况并计算疗效指标,按疗效标准判定。结果:经治疗后治疗组和对照组有效率分别为88.52%、60.66%,两组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:复方奥硝唑搽剂治疗寻常痤疮的疗效显著,优于复方硫洗剂,且较安全,是一种理想外用治疗寻常痤疮的药物。OBJECTIVE： To evaluate the clinical efficacy of the Compound Ornidazole Liniment for common acne. METHODS： The enrolled patients were randomly divided into two groups： 61 patients （treatment group） were treated with Compound Ornidazole Liniment, and other 61 （control group） were applied with Compound Sulfur Lotion on the acne site. The patients were reexamined or followed after treatment of 2- 4 weeks to observe skin lesions, calculate the curative effect index and assessed according to the efficacy evaluation criteria. RESULTS： There were significant differences between the treatment group and the control group in total effective rate after treatment （88.52% vs. 60.66%） （P 〈 0.05）. CONCLUSION： That Compound ornidazole Liniment is superior to Compound Sulfur Lotion in clinical efficacy and safely in the treatment of common ache, thus it an ideal externally applied agent for common acne.
